Kolina is committed to supporting its clients and offers a wide range of aftersales assistance depending on the contractual agreement with the client.   A comprehensive range of Service Support Packages are available including such items as:

• 24/7 Issue report and resolve service
• Regular Planned Preventative Maintenance visits
• Supply of consumables
• Ongoing training and support from expertly qualified engineers
• Highly trained engineers operating across the UK and overseas should technical assistance or emergency call-outs be required

We also offer a 12 month warranty on parts and a 6 month engineering support.

Remote Telemetry Support

All Kolina’s clients have access to its remote telemetry services.  This enables remote access to the treatment unit and can control operational parameters.
